Following an initial customer design briefing, our in-house design team will create a digital 3D image of your hotel guest room, lobby, or residence and offer full consulting services for textures, fabrics, finishes and accessories, selected from our extensive library. 

All computer renderings are produced using the latest technology by our highly trained crew.  You will be able to see your bespoke designs come to life in your own floor plans.   A room design fee applies for 3D renderings of our existing designs, whilst additional small fees are applicable for each customized design.   Your design consultant can clarify these charges for you.

All designs remain the property of PT Sourcing Bali – and are protected under Indonesian copyright law.   All production of designs is to be done through Sourcing Bali – ensuring complete compliance with design integrity and construction.   Sourcing Services are chargeable at nominal, affordable rates.  Your Design Consultant or Sourcing Bali Account Manager can explain these charges.  Discounts on service fees are applicable for larger commercial orders.   Sourcing Fees include order placement, cash management, production supervision, progress reports, supplier liaison, and quality controlling.

Upon completion of construction, with our acute eye for detail and our passion for quality, our quality control team ensures 100% compliance to the design / construction.  Orders are packed by our crews or under our strict supervision to ensure their safe transit.  Our sister company www.rimcargo.com handles all logistics for freight forwarding.
